What is smart breathing?

SMART Breathing is symptom management and respiratory training, a drug-free program that controls breathing related problems without gadgets.

The resulting optimal oxygenation may help you to get fit and stay well.

You will learn essential  breathing  exercises, based on the Buteyko principles, that can help you overcome shortness of breath, asthma attacks, blocked nose, sinus congestion, mouth breathing, hyperventilation and anxiety attacks.
