By using the website to enroll in a course or
request a booking over the phone, you agree to the terms and conditions below:
All registrations for SMARTBreathing must be accompanied by a deposit of $200 to guarantee your place. Final outstanding amount or installment is due on the first day of the course.
Failure to pay the outstanding amount on time may forfeit your place in the course and your deposit.
Cancellation Policy and transfer of entitlement to training: If the registrant cancels their registration in writing 14 days prior to the course start date, the deposit is forfeited. If the registrant cancels their registration 3 days or less prior to the course start date, the deposit and any installment payments are forfeited. The registrant may however send another person in their place in which case course entitlement is transferred to the nominated person for the course dates the registrant was registered for. All financial arrangements and agreements are then between the registrant and their replacement.The replacement is then responsible for outstanding amounts still owing to SMARTBreathing by the registrant beyond deposits or installments made.
SMARTBreathing reserves the right to cancel or postponed any course. In this case all money already paid will be transferred to the next occurrence of the course within 12 months.
If there is no course held within 12 months, all money already paid will be refunded in full.
